Statement on the POSX ecosystem and partnership boundaries

The POSX Management Team explains its online and offline ecosystem directions, official partnership recognition and the independent responsibilities of ecosystem operators.

Online and offline ecosystem directions

POSX seeks to develop an ecosystem connecting real-world consumption and payment applications across different settings and participants. We clarify our current directions and partnership boundaries as follows.

POSX is currently advancing two ecosystem directions: the POSX node ecosystem, primarily focused on offline settings, and the POS currency ecosystem, primarily focused on online settings.

The POSX node ecosystem is built around POS terminals, merchant networks and actual consumption, supporting offline payments, merchant services and consumer transactions.

The POS currency ecosystem also centers on merchant consumption and associated transaction fees, with greater emphasis on online transactions and consumer applications. Relevant partnerships are primarily coordinated directly by POSX’s U.S. headquarters and advanced with partners.

The two directions focus on online and offline settings respectively. Relevant partners undertake their specific development and operations, with POSX providing support according to the actual partnership arrangements.

Open collaboration and recognition of official partnerships

POSX respects independently initiated and operated ecosystem initiatives and welcomes communication and collaboration between ecosystems. Mutual support between these ecosystems and POSX can broaden applications and create conditions for greater liquidity and market reach.

Independent participation, use of technology, market communication or mutual support does not in itself signify official POSX recognition or establish an official partnership.

Any claim of official POSX recognition, authorization or partnership must be supported by a formal written document issued by POSX or an official announcement, and is limited to its stated scope. Ecosystem projects without such confirmation operate independently and bear their own responsibilities.

Participation boundaries and future direction

POSX does not design, formulate or operate return models, promotional schemes or incentive arrangements for sub-token ecosystems. Support and collaboration must not be interpreted as a POSX commitment regarding any model, scheme, returns or performance, nor do they automatically constitute official POSX arrangements.

POSX will continue expanding ecosystem dialogue and exploring cooperation opportunities with blockchain ecosystems such as Solana and Sui, as well as blockchain projects promoted or supported by governments in different countries. Exploration is subject to applicable laws, project requirements and actual cooperation conditions. Specific partnerships and progress will be confirmed through formal written documents or official announcements.

We will continue fostering collaboration around real-world consumption and payment applications and publish relevant information through official channels.
